Not sure which body style or rating a circuit needs? Match the fuse to the wire's continuous current, never the load's peak, and leave headroom for inrush.
Read the fuse sizing guideAutomotive fuses are the simplest safety device in a vehicle and the least forgiving when they’re wrong: an under-rated part nuisance-trips, an over-rated one lets a harness overheat. Tenso has manufactured blade fuses, fuse boxes and holders since 2000, and the whole point of buying from the factory is that the rating printed on the part is the rating you actually get.
A complete automotive protection range from one supplier
Our automotive line covers the three things a vehicle circuit needs — the fuse, somewhere to hold it, and somewhere to distribute it. Blade fuses span the ATO/ATC, Mini, Low-Profile Mini, Micro and Maxi standards from 1 to 100 amps at 32 or 58 volts; holders come in in-line and panel-mount forms for both blade and glass fuses; and fuse boxes range from simple two-way blocks to sealed, IP-rated distribution panels for harness assembly. Sourcing them together means one supplier, one set of documents and parts that are designed to fit each other.
Built and proven to automotive standards
Every blade fuse is built to the dimensions and performance defined by ISO 8820, with the SAE J1284 colour-code amp system. Beyond the standards, each production batch is checked in-house for rating accuracy, contact resistance and continuity before it leaves the floor — because the cost of a fuse that fails in the field is never the cost of the fuse.
If you’re moving away from another brand, send us the reference part number: most common Mini, ATO/ATC and Maxi parts have a direct Tenso equivalent, and we’ll confirm it with a quote.
Why source from Tenso
You're buying from the factory
No trading-company markup and no telephone game with a sub-supplier — design, tooling, production and QC all sit under one roof.
We make the part
Own tooling, mould shop, stamping and assembly under one roof — so tolerances and lead times stay ours to control, not a supplier's.
Inspected, every batch
In-house QC checks rating, contact resistance and continuity on production batches before anything ships.
Custom without the friction
New housing, special rating, your logo or part number — running our own moulds means we move from sample to volume without outsourcing.
Stocked standards, fast
Common blade ratings and holders are kept in production rotation, so repeat orders don't restart the clock.

FAQ
Automotive circuit protection — questions buyers ask
Do you sell direct to overseas buyers, or only through distributors?
Both. As the manufacturer we ship directly to OEMs, harness builders and distributors in 36+ countries, and we also support distributor and private-label arrangements.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and whether it's a standard or custom part. Standard blade fuses and holders have low MOQs; custom housings are quoted per project. Ask us for the exact figure for your part.
Can you build to our drawing or brand?
Yes. We run our own tooling and mould shop, so custom housings, ratings, colours, laser-marking and your part number or logo are all possible.
Which certifications do your automotive fuses carry?
Qualifying ranges hold CE, UL, RoHS and REACH compliance. Certificates are downloadable, and we issue product-specific declarations on request.
How fast can I get samples?
Samples of standard parts usually ship within a few days. Custom parts depend on tooling but we'll give you a firm timeline with the quote.
